Meditation offers time-tested methods of positively cultivating the mind and heart.  

I offer introductory meditation instruction to individuals and small groups, utilizing Buddhist-based techniques of altruistic motivation, calming (via body-based concentration), clarity (via mindful and spacious awareness), and good-heartedness (via loving kindness and compassion).

I also am certified to offer instruction in the seven meditation series from Dza Kilung Rinpoche’s book, The Relaxed Mind.
