Meditation offers time-tested methods of positively cultivating the mind and heart. I offer introductory and general meditation instruction to small groups and individuals, including techniques of basic concentration, mindfulness, loving kindness, compassion, and altruistic motivation.
I also offer instruction in the seven meditation series from Dza Kilung Rinpoche’s book, The Relaxed Mind.
