“Islands of Coherence” is the description I am choosing for my small group offerings in 2026. It reflects my experience that conscious attunement and the accompanying collective coherence which appears in a small group can open up powerful we-spaces for insight, support and inspiration.

I welcome you to join me in exploring and co-creating these spaces together according to these principles:

1: An essential unit of change is the quality of my inner and outer attention in this moment.  

2. My conscious intention is a substantive part of reality that affects, attracts, and is part of creating materiality. My intention interacts with the intentions of others and can be harnessed with and supported by others in positive ways.

3. Conscious and caring connections with others can create a we-space (collective field) that amplifies insight, integration, action and growth on personal, relational, and collective levels.

4.. When humbly and respectfully asked for, we can receive from Mother Earth and the non-human world an ever-present field of living information and support that is essential for our continued survival and harmonious interbeing as part of the web of Life.
