RELAXED MIND MINI-RETREAT FEB. 23, 1:30 to 4:00 PM

Saturday afternoon mini-retreat with three meditations from The Relaxed Mind by Dza Kilung Rinpoche:  Basic Sitting; Calm Abiding; Open Heart-Mind.  Appropriate for beginners and experienced meditators. Registration required – space is limited.  $25 – $50 donation – or whatever you can afford. Relaxed Mind Meditation Series – January 27 – March 3, 2019

This six week series covers the first four foundational meditations in Dza Kilung Rinpoche’s book, The Relaxed Mind.  The meditations are Basic Sitting (joining body and mind); Calm Abiding (shamatha); Refined Basic Sitting; Insight (vipassana). BUDDHIST MEDITATION & INSIGHTS – INTRO
