THIS CLASS IS NOW FULL WITH A WAITING LIST. This four week series  combines introductory meditation techniques with basic Buddhist insights, including the Four Noble Truths.  Alternate Sundays from 3:30 to 5:00 PM, starting November 4 – Click here for details about “Got Suffering?” Intro to Buddhist Meditation Techniques and Insights.“


Come to Lippitt Park in Providence to learn 1) walking meditation and 2) how to send loving kindness meditation from a “Circle for Good”.   Come to either or both on a drop-in basis.  Thursdays @ 7 PM through July. No experience necessary.  Click here for details.
